1. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

If you are a consumer purchasing online, you have the right to cancel your order under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

You may cancel your order within 14 days from the day you receive your goods, without giving any reason.

2. Food Safety & Hygiene Restrictions

Due to the nature of our products (tea and food items), we are unable to accept returns of:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with broken hygiene seals
  • Items not in their original condition or packaging

This is for hygiene and food safety reasons.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

3. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
  • The return request must be made within 14 days of receipt
  • Proof of purchase is required

If your return is approved, you must return the goods to us at your own cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened tea or food products
  • Perishable or consumable goods once unsealed
  • Items damaged due to improper storage after delivery

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and details.

We will offer a replacement, refund, or appropriate solution.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

7. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is faulty
  • The item is incorrect due to our error

We recommend using a tracked delivery service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
